The first floor 40 sqm apartment comprises a kitchen with small dining room, bedroom and bathroom with shower as well as a south-facing balcony and offers plenty of space for your stay:

kitchen and dining room: sofa, satellite TV, radio with CD player, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, small table grill, pots and pans and kitchenware for 6 people, tea towels, cloths, washing-up liquid.

bathroom: shower, WC, bidet, wash-basin, hair-dryer, towels and bath robes.

bedroom: balcony, bed linen, (if required) additional bed or cot.

In your apartment you will also find tourist guides to Seiser Alm and the Dolomites, South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine recipes, board games, the “tourist's journal”, maps of the Schlern area and news on all events happening in the surroundings. Upon request we may provide you with an emergency sewing kit and an iron. You will be able to enjoy stunning views from the balcony while having breakfast or sipping a glass of fine South Tyrolean wine.
